Joining the Lab

We would love to hear from you if your interests align with the lab.

Right now we accept students from SFSU.

Graduate Students

We normally accept Master's students to work on projects towards earning an M.S. degree in the Integrative Biology or Computer Science departments. SFSU does not currently have a PhD program for marine science, but we are open to co-advising PhD students from other universities.

Research Assistants & Volunteers

Graduate and undergraduate research assistants or volunteers seeking experience in the marine sciences are encouraged to reach out — we can always use an extra hand in the lab or field.

Post-doctoral Scholars

We would be happy to discuss opportunities and support fellowship application efforts.
